Mr. Ken Tan is a ICF-CCE Certified Career Coach (International Coaching Federation) who passionately guides individuals in their career pathway. He empowers them to make better-informed decisions in job transitions and career fulfillment.
He sits as a Council Member, a PCDAS in Career Development Association of Singapore (CDAS). The associations works closely with partners such as WSG Singapore. His CDAS profile is featured here.
He started off as an Education Counsellor before venturing on his own. He used to write articles, edit resumes for working professionals and was a Forum Advisor for Jobs Central and Jobs Factory (the business was sold to CareerBuilder).
10 years and continuing till today – he has racked up a wealth of experiences in career coaching and consultation with Executives and mid-level Managers.
It’s with the journey of commitment and passion that led Ken to be highly sought after for live interview with radio station 93.8FM and a Speaker on career-related topics across:

He had also lend his time to various 1-1 career consultation clinics to schools such as Kaplan.
Under his corporate portfolio, Ken was an Advisor to the CEO for two established consumer goods companies based in Kuala Lumpur. Previously, as a Market Development Manager, he had started the coconut water business in Singapore and built a sizeable market share within a year with his Distributor. Other notable achievements include “Most Dedicated Salesperson of the Year Award” in 2010 and 2011. He was a corporate Deal-Maker at heart for Asia Pacific & Australasia.
Ken graduated with a Degree of Business Management at University of Queensland (with Dean’s Commendation of High Achievement)
