Existing Career Practitioners who work in IHLs (Institutes of Higher Learning),  Learners who upskilled in career development courses and ICF-certified Coaches in private practice

Basic: 2x 1:1 virtual sessions (60 minutes each) 

  • Preparation work and post summary included

  • Consultation with the Mentor 

  • Mock role play, visual exercises and resource sharing 

  • Up to 2x selection from the list of topics for mentorship

  • One month free support via email / WhatsApp

Standard: 4x 1:1 virtual sessions (60 minutes each) 

  • All of the basic package 

  • Insight sharing from the global career development practice 

  • Unlimited selection from the list of topics for mentorship â€‹

  • Checklist and supporting resources (if needed) are provided

Who can sign up

The Career Mentorship Program is suitable for existing Career Coaches and Beginners who upskilled and will like to apply their knowledge in career development.  Ideally, existing Career Coaches should have prior career development credentials, or ICF ACC certification who have been delivering 1:1 career coaching for their clients. Minimum 2 years work/case experience.

 

Admission is based on the level of passion and commitment to be a better Career Coach, with a big heart to make an impact on people.​
